Cancellation 14-8 days before arrival. We refund you 25% of the reservation, except transfer costs.
Cancellation 7 to 1 day before the date. We refund you 0% of the reservation.
Withdrawal of the service. When tourists leave the accommodation unit before the date fixed for the departure, the owner of the establishment may request up to 50% of the total price of services left to be used, unless specific agreement between the parties.
